Register the dispute with the Judicial Department through “Enjazi” system and refer it to the centre after ascertaining the jurisdiction of the centre in the dispute
The dispute will be reviewed along with the documents
Refer the request to the approved conciliator according to the nature of the dispute (residential—commercial—investment)
Conduct the session with the parties to reach an amicable settlement after deliberation.
In case there is no settlement, the dispute will be referred to a relevant court
In case of a settlement between parties, the assigned judge will prepare the settlement agreement that has the power of execution
